Chinese Ritual of Foot Soaking
Foot soaking is a common traditional Chinese health remedy used to detoxify the body, promote circulation, relieve pain, and optimize total well-being.
How to Use Foot Soak Packets:
Fill a foot-soaking tub or appropriately sized basin with hot water (100˚F - 120˚F), to about 10” - 14” deep.
Place one Herbal Foot Soak packet into the water and steep for 5 - 10 minutes.
Sit comfortably while soaking your feet for 20 - 30 minutes.
When you are finished, pat your feet dry and immediately wrap your feet with a dry towel or put socks on. This ritual can be performed once per day.
