2010 Vintage Dark Yunnan Pu'er Tea
This Vintage Dark Pu'er tea was hand picked from the giant ancient tea trees of the Bulang Mountain during the 2010 harvest. This special grade aged tea was fermented according to ancient custom. Marked by its deep, earthy flavors, this dark Yunnan tea has a smooth and rich finish similar to molasses.

Ingredients: Artisan Yunnan Pu'er Tea Leaves
Origin: Bulang Mountain, Yunnan Province, China
Directions: "Wake" the leaves with a rinse of freshly boiled water, then discard that water. Gently pour hot water over the tea and let steep.
Recommended Water Temperature: 212˚F
Steeping Time: 3 - 5 minutes
2012 Vintage Gong Fu Black Tea
This decadent gongfu black tea is a very special hand rolled black tea from from the Fujian Province. This rich tea delivers unfurling layers of subtlety as it finishes with velvety notes of apricot and chocolate.

2013 Vintage Bai Mu Dan (White Peony) Tea Ball

The aging process reveals unfolding layers of complexity and each infusion is sweet and smooth with minimal astringency. Bai Mu Dan, meaning White Peony, is a renowned Chinese white tea made with delicate, silvery leaf buds and young leaves (one bud two leaf ratio).A true treasure for tea connoisseurs.

A truly regal incarnation of Cliff oolong tea, Da Hong Pao is a hand-rolled large leaf tea that is well-oxidized and smooth, with great body. This is an excellent choice for the oolong tea connoisseur or for those who enjoy our smoked black teas, such as the Bohea Lapsang. Brew loosely in a glass for a full infusion and to enjoy the unfurling of these artisan crafted tea leaves.

Dragon Well Fresh Harvest Green Tea
Renowned for its sword-shaped leaf and famous origins, the uniquely aromatic Dragon Well is the premier Chinese green tea. A classic, balanced green tea with smooth chestnut sweetness and notes of golden grass, it delivers a brilliant hue when brewed. The earliest pickings in Dragon well are always the lightest in flavor and aroma but the thickest in mouthfeel with the longest, sweetest aftertaste. Despite being lighter, they offer more subtle complexity for quiet contemplative tasting.

2008 Vintage Tie Guan Yin Oolong Tea
This vintage oolong tea has been roasted after aging, giving it a distinctly sweet and smoky flavor with a mahogany liquor and a deeply ethereal aroma. This particular vintage tea is from the 2008 harvest in the Fujian Province. It represents an artisanal interpretation of this classic floral oolong named for the goddess of mercy, tie guan yin. Such fine tea is a true work of a master!
