Japanese Teapot with Built-In Strainer

An exquisite piece of vintage Japanese teaware, this teapot is skillfully hand-painted with pink florals and decorated with gold detailing on the rim, handle, spout, and lid.

This vintage piece beautifully exemplifies the seamless fusion of Japanese artistry with functional teaware.

The teapot also features built-in holes at the base of the spout which act as a filter for whole-leaf teas and control the flow of tea. To brew fine teas like Rooibos, we recommend using our fillable tea bags.
