Matcha Bowl (Chawan)

This handmade matcha bowl has been glazed so that a variety of shades of white, cream, pink, and dark brown meld beautifully together into a work of art. Matcha bowls, or chawan, expertly designed for whisking and drinking matcha green tea.

Made entirely from reclaimed and recycled clay, all our matcha bowls have their own unique character and charm. The slightly asymmetric shape of each bowl is a nod to the Japanese concept of wabi-sabi, or beauty in imperfection.

Microwave and dishwasher safe.
