Glass Kyusu Tea Set with Removable Infuser

Add refined style and a zen ambience to tea servings with this modern Kyusu teapot and teacup set. With a glass lid and infuser basket, this teapot allows you to closely observe the unfurling tea leaves and color of your infusions from every angle. The extra-fine slits in the removable glass infuser make it suitable for brewing a variety of loose leaf teas.

A modern interpretation of the traditional side-handled Japanese Yokode Kyusu, this style of teapot was originally designed for brewing loose leaf green teas. In Japanese, Kyusu means "teapot" and Yokode means "on the side.”

Made of borosilicate glass. Five-piece tea set.

How to hold and pour a Yokode Kyusu: The teapot is specifically designed for one-handed pouring. While holding the wood handle, place your thumb on the raised button on the lid to hold the lid in place, and then gently twist your wrist to pour your tea.
