Yin zhen, or silver needle, is a highly esteemed variety of Chinese white tea. It uses only the delicate, down-covered top buds, or leaf shoots, which are hand-harvested in the early spring. The tea buds are so delicate that the harvest only lasts a few days. Truly an exceptional jasmine-scented tea from our collection.
Ingredients: Organic Fujian Silver Needle White Tea Leaves and Jasmine Flowers
Directions: Steep 1 tsp of tea for every 8 oz of water
Recommended Water Temperature: 185˚F
Steeping Time: 3 - 5 minutes
