Hojicha Roasted Green Tea Powder (1 oz)

Hojicha is a roasted green tea with a wonderfully smooth flavor and nutty caramel notes. The traditional roasting process hojicha undergoes leaves it with little to no bitterness and low levels of caffeine.

Our finely ground Hojicha Powder is versatile and can be used in a range of dessert and beverage applications. Try it on its own or create a rich hojicha latte. Due to its low caffeine content, hojicha can be enjoyed any time of day or night.

Ingredients: Hojicha Roasted Green Tea Powder

Directions: Dissolve 1/2 tsp of Hojicha Powder into 8 oz of water and stir well
Recommended Water Temperature: 185˚F
