This dark pu’er is traditionally made by a 4th generation artisan tea family. Wild tealeaves from the Jinggu region of Yunnan are handpicked, carefully fermented over low heat, and aged. Rich and smooth flavors of earth and molasses are created.
Ingredients: Artisan Yunnan Pu’er Tealeaves
"Wake the leaves" with a rinse of freshly boiled water then discard. Gently pour 212°F water over tea and let steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
