Traditional Chai is made the following way: Add 3 teaspoons of Chai to a sauce pan. Add 1.5 cups water and 1 cup milk (or other creamer). Stir and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in 3 tablespoons sugar or honey. Strain and pour into a mug or pitcher.
